The client shall:
- Be on time to every session. If the client arrives after the first 15 minutes of the scheduled session time, the session will be lost (and therefore considered used) unless the client gives prior warning of lateness.
- Give at least 24 hours notice of any coaching or cancellation via text or a phone call.
- Give at least 48 hours notice of any studio recording cancellation via text or a phone call. When receiving less than 48 hours notice, the client will incur a $75 studio cancellation fee.
- Last-minute cancellations will only be accepted in the case where an emergency or
urgent matter occurs. For studio cancellations, the client will still incur a $75 cancellation fee.
- The total fee for this coaching program is $2,997 and is non-refundable. In the case where the client opts for a payment plan, the payment schedule will be as follows:
- 1st payment of $1,500 must be made before the the first session.
- 2nd payment of $1,497 is to be made on or by 30 days after the first session.
- Payment may be made via Zelle to [email protected], through Venmo @Jean-Marc-Berne or via Quickbooks.
- If client decides to move the start date of the first session, client must give at least 24 hours notice. The original payment schedule will still apply.
- In the case where the client needs to pause coaching sessions, the client may request it and continue coaching sessions at a later date. Original payment schedule will still apply, and client can resume sessions when ready, within the same calendar year. Know that depending on the length of time of the pause, the client may lose continuity and may need additional sessions. Another voice over diagnostic will be provided to determine whether additional sessions may be needed by the client.
- The client will have two rounds of revisions that can be made after recording the demo without any additional charge. Any revisions beyond that will be charged at $75 per revision.
